Insulated compartment
As the core component of the equipment, the thermal insulation box is composed of three parts: thermal insulation box, hot billet and billet support. Among them, the insulation box includes a fixed box at both ends, a top cover box and a side box, and its specific size and vehicle weight can be flexibly customized according to the billet specifications required by the steel mill to be transported.
The exterior of the compartment is made of high-quality steel pipes to build a load-bearing skeleton, and the interior is laid with high-temperature resistance, excellent thermal insulation performance and easy-to-fill insulation materials, and the effective insulation thickness is maintained at 100-150 mm. The design is to form a fully enclosed thermal insulation space by completely blocking the conduction of the thermal bridge; At the same time, in order to strengthen the insulation effect and reduce heat loss, the fixtures of the insulation material adopt a built-in design to further weaken the thermal bridge effect.
Considering the different fixture specifications of each steel mill for loading and unloading billets, the insulation box adopts a foldable open structure - when closed, it forms a closed insulation body, and when opened, the upper cover and side compartment plate can be fully expanded and lower than the upper plane of the semi-trailer girder, which not only expands the loading and unloading space of the billet, but also expands the operator's field of vision, which is convenient for efficient and safe loading and unloading operations.


Automatic opening and closing mechanism
The mechanism is composed of a four-link transmission mechanism, hydraulic drive system and other components, with a unique structural design and reasonable clearance control, to achieve smooth opening and closing synchronization and no jamming, even if it is heated and deformed, there will be no jamming problem. The hydraulic system has a reliable self-locking function, which can ensure that the mechanism will not slip off when the incubator is stagnant at any position during the opening and closing process, and can prevent the opening from accelerating after crossing the center of mass. The system is also equipped with an overload protection device to improve operational safety.


Electrical system
The electrical system integrates electrical wiring, battery, incubator opening and closing control box, remote control, reversing display system (including camera), rear lamp and sound and light alarm device, supporting wired and wireless dual control modes, flexible and convenient operation, and adapting to the needs of different operation scenarios.
