Industrial Vacuum Tank Trucks are specialized vehicles designed for transporting powdered and granular materials (such as lime powder, coke powder, flue gas dust, environmental dust, etc.) within industrial enterprises. The material characteristics suitable for conventional vehicles are: 1) Bulk density: 0.4–2.6 t/m³; 2) Maximum particle size ≤8 mm, accounting for <30% of the material; 3) Moisture content < 8%; 4) Non-adhesive; 5) Material temperature ≤ 120°C (standard configuration), 120°C–220°C (high-temperature configuration), or 220°C–350°C (ultra-high-temperature configuration).

The vehicle features vacuum suction loading, positive pressure unloading, positive pressure receiving, tank lifting unloading, and transportation capabilities, offering high loading capacity and efficiency.
