1. The core vessel comprises a robust horizontal cylindrical tank constructed from premium Q355B steel, capable of withstanding a working pressure of 0.2MPa with ease. Its interior features a mirror-grade smooth finish and incorporates a unique fluidised bed system, effectively preventing material adhesion and accumulation to ensure efficient conveying.

2. The upper section of the tank is meticulously engineered for comprehensive functionality and user-friendly operation. The manhole cover features an ergonomic handle locking mechanism for effortless opening and closing. All necessary interfaces and safety devices are centrally arranged on the top, complemented by thoughtfully positioned anti-slip step railings and lifting lugs to accommodate both routine maintenance and heavy-duty hoisting requirements. The safety ladder installed on the side exemplifies all-round ergonomic operational considerations.

3. The subframe design prioritises safety and reliability. Securely anchored to the chassis, it forms a robust foundation. A front-mounted rubber buffer system acts like an ‘airbag’, flexibly absorbing impacts. Anti-slip guide rails on both sides provide ‘dual insurance’, ensuring the tank remains immobile during bumpy transport. Dedicated lifting hinge points at the rear guarantee stable and secure unloading operations.

Through precision transmission, it harnesses formidable power to generate immense suction, enabling instantaneous long-distance high-speed extraction. Ingeniously equipped with a dual-silencing system, it transforms roaring noise into near-silence, achieving both power and tranquillity.

5. Material Intake System: Ingeniously Positioned within the Tank's Golden Triangle Zone. A 150mm large-diameter pipeline, paired with diamond-grade wear-resistant ceramic lining and precision disc valves, constructs an efficient and unobstructed material intake channel. The proprietary dual-layer sealing connection technology and integrated dispersion device ensure materials cascade down uniformly like a waterfall, completely eliminating wall adhesion and accumulation, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship.

We have established three precise lines of defence for exhaust purification: the first employs gravitational settling to efficiently capture the vast majority of dust; the second utilises centrifugal separation to forcefully expel fine particles; the final stage employs bag filters to intercept residual microparticles, achieving an ultimate filtration efficiency of 99.9%. The resulting discharge is clean air, fully meeting stringent environmental requirements.

7. Core Power, Clean and Robust. An exclusive oil-free air compressor delivers pure pneumatic force, eliminating oil contamination. The innovative combination of bottom tank aeration and rear discharge, supplemented by precisely adjustable assist airflow, optimises the discharge process according to material characteristics. This ensures complete emptying of every batch, significantly boosting efficiency.

8. Core Hydraulics, Robust Power. Equipped with a 16MPa high-pressure hydraulic system, it delivers formidable force for tank lifting and rear cover operation. The lifting cylinder employs a high-strength, three-stage telescopic design, functioning like a powerful mechanical arm to steadily raise the tank to a maximum angle of 42°, ensuring smooth and efficient discharge.

9. We simplify complex controls through intuitive interaction. All critical data—including rotational speed, pressure, and valve positions—is clearly displayed on the LCD screen. Operators can effortlessly adjust pulse reverse-blow frequency via the interface to accommodate varying materials. The system's logical design and intuitive alarm prompts render equipment management straightforward and dependable.

10. We employ master craftsmanship to forge an impenetrable protective shield against corrosion. From the initial cleaning and temporary protection of incoming steel, through precision sandblasting of formed components (achieving Sa2.5 cleanliness grade), to the final application of a five-star protective coating comprising two primers, one intermediate coat, and two topcoats – every process is engineered for ultimate, long-lasting corrosion resistance.
