Vacuum Tank Truck

Vacuum Tank Trucks are specialized vehicles engineered for transporting powdered and granular materials, including lime powder, coke powder, flue gas dust, and other industrial dusts. They are suitable for handling materials with the following properties: 1) Bulk density ranging from 0.4–2.6 t/m³; 2) Maximum particle size ≤8 mm, with particles of this size accounting for less than 30% of the total; 3) Moisture content below 8%; 4) Non-adhesive characteristics; 5) Material temperature up to 120°C under standard configuration, 120°C–220°C under high-temperature configuration, and 220°C–350°C under ultra-high-temperature configuration.

The trucks utilize vacuum suction for loading and positive pressure for unloading and receiving, as well as tank lifting for discharge and safe transportation. This design ensures large loading capacity, high operational efficiency, and reliable performance.
