Pure Electric Suction and Pressure Conveying Vehicle
1. High-vacuum suction loading: When the vacuum pump is in operation, negative pressure is formed in the tank through gas conversion to rapidly suck materials from the feeding bin into the vehicle tank. The dust from the sucked materials is filtered, and the discharged air meets the micron-level emission standard, fully complying with environmental protection requirements.
2. Positive pressure unloading: After the materials are transported to the designated receiving bin, the air compressor works (an external air source is also optional). The fluidized materials are completely pressed and discharged into the designated receiving bin by compressed air. The whole process is carried out in a fully sealed state without secondary pollution.
3. Positive pressure receiving: Adopting an external air source, positive pressure loading is realized through the ground pressure conveying device. The gas is discharged through the vehicle-mounted filtration system in line with environmental protection standards. This function boasts the advantages of long conveying distance (>50m), low energy consumption, large conveying capacity and low use cost.
4. Tank lifting unloading: A lifting oil cylinder is installed at the front of the tank, and a hydraulically opened tail cover is set at the rear. The tank can tilt backward at an angle of 35-42°, allowing dust materials to be discharged from the tank by their own gravity.
5. Sealed transportation: After material suction, the vehicle can directly transport the materials to the designated location for unloading without transshipment or reloading. The transportation process is fully sealed with no secondary pollution generated.

This special vehicle is dedicated to the transportation of powder and granular materials for enterprises in industries such as industry and mining, chemical engineering, cement, electric power and grain (e.g., cement, limestone powder, coke powder, coal powder, dust from steelmaking, ironmaking, sintering, flue gas dedusting, environmental dedusting, mineral powder, etc.). It achieves fully sealed operation during the entire process of material collection, transportation and discharge, ensuring zero leakage and realizing the environmental protection transportation of dust materials.
The vehicle is adaptable to powder and granular materials with the following characteristics:

2. Maximum particle size of materials ≤8mm (accounting for <30%)
3. Moisture content of materials <8%
4. Material temperature: ≤120℃ (normal temperature configuration), 120℃～220℃ (high temperature configuration), 220℃～350℃ (ultra-high temperature configuration)
