1.Carrying Tank

This equipment features a horizontal cylindrical structure, with the main body constructed from Q355B low-alloy high-strength structural steel. It is designed for a rated working pressure of 0.2 MPa. The inner wall of the tank undergoes special surface finishing treatment and integrates a high-efficiency fluidization device, ensuring smooth and efficient material conveyance.Vacuum Suction Truck
The tank design incorporates comprehensive safety and operational accessories. The top configuration includes: a manhole cover with a quick-locking handle, safety valve and level gauge interfaces, along with a reinforcing ring for structural reinforcement. Additionally, the top features a maintenance-friendly step platform assembly and lifting lugs for overall hoisting. A ladder assembly is installed on the tank side to facilitate personnel access for top operations. All designs comply with safety operation standards.Vacuum Suction Truck


2.Subframe

The subframe is fabricated from high-strength rectangular tubing welded into shape and rigidly connected to the vehicle chassis longitudinal beams via multiple sets of U-bolts, ensuring overall structural stability. To optimize load distribution, rubber buffer pads are installed on the front upper surface to effectively absorb impact loads during tank lowering. Limit stops are welded on both sides of the mid-section to prevent lateral movement of the tank during transport. A maintenance support bracket is provided at the rear for easy servicing. Additionally, an integrated hinge pivot mechanism at the rear provides reliable support for smooth tank lifting and tipping operations.

3.Vacuum Pump and Its Drive System

The onboard vacuum pump is mounted on the upper front section of the subframe. Its power source originates from the vehicle's power take-off unit, transmitted via a drive shaft and driven through a belt drive system. The core utilizes a high-performance Roots vacuum pump, which, with its high vacuum level and large pumping capacity, enables rapid material transfer from the feed hopper to the tank. 4.Vacuum Conveying System

The vacuum conveying system is located on the right rear side of the tank, featuring a receiving pipeline with a diameter of 150mm. The system employs a wear-resistant disc valve as the material intake control component, with critical elbows and straight pipe sections internally lined with ceramic to resist abrasion. The connection to the tank utilizes an innovative double-layer sealing structure to ensure reliable coupling. A dedicated distribution device within the system evenly disperses the gas-solid two-phase flow entering the tank, effectively preventing material buildup.Vacuum Suction Truck


5.Solid-Gas Separation Filtration System

This system employs a three-stage progressive solid-gas separation technology with precision filtration. Materials first pass through a gravity settling chamber where over 96% of solids settle due to sudden velocity reduction. Subsequently, the gas stream traverses a cyclone centrifugal device, boosting separation efficiency to 98%. Finally, a high-efficiency bag filter performs terminal precision filtration, achieving an overall filtration accuracy of 99.9%. The exhaust gas treated by this system achieves dust content far exceeding national environmental emission standards.

6.Pneumatic Pressure Conveying and Discharge System

The vehicle's power and discharge systems feature integrated design. The onboard power unit employs an oil-free swing-type air compressor, modularly suspended beneath the mid-frame. It delivers clean, oil-free compressed air, perfectly suited for powder and granular material conveying applications. It is also compatible with an external 0.2MPa air source (equipped with anti-backflow device). The discharge system is integrated at the rear bottom of the tank, comprising a 100mm diameter pipeline, ball valve, adjustable assist-blow device, and tank-bottom fluidized bed. Precise control of the air-to-ash ratio ensures efficient, thorough discharge with minimal residue.

7.Hydraulic Control and Lifting System

Tank lifting, lowering, and rear cover operations are driven by a high-pressure hydraulic system rated at 16MPa. The lifting mechanism features a single-acting, three-stage telescopic sleeve hydraulic cylinder. Its powerful thrust reliably lifts the tank to elevation, achieving a maximum lifting angle of 42° to ensure complete material discharge.

8.Pneumatic and Electrical Control Instrumentation System

The vehicle is equipped with an intelligent electronic control hub integrating a high-definition LCD display, PTO remote throttle, and audible/visual alarm system to form a one-stop monitoring platform. It enables real-time, precise monitoring of vacuum pump and air compressor speeds alongside dual-tank pressure, while dynamically displaying valve operational statuses. The system features intelligent dust removal functionality, automatically triggering pulse reverse-blow during material suction. Its frequency is flexibly adjustable based on material characteristics, ensuring sustained high efficiency, stability, and reliability.

9.Coating

To guarantee exceptional corrosion resistance, we implement rigorous coating procedures: All incoming steel undergoes surface pretreatment to thoroughly remove scale and rust, followed by application of a temporary protective primer. After component fabrication, surfaces receive sandblasting to achieve Sa2.5 cleanliness standards. Finally, a high-standard coating system comprising “two coats of anti-rust primer, one coat of intermediate paint, and two coats of topcoat” provides comprehensive anti-corrosion protection.
