1.The body design is suitable for narrow factory roads, workshop entrances and exits and other scenarios, with a small turning radius, which can freely travel in all areas of the factory, avoiding blind areas of large-scale equipment operation. It can complete the switch from parking to full-function spraying within 30 seconds, greatly improving the factory cleaning efficiency and reducing operation time.
2.Safe and reliable, adapting to complex factory scenarios: The chassis is solid and the load is stable, equipped with safety devices such as tire pressure monitoring and reversing image, which is safer for scenarios with vehicles and personnel in the factory; the tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel,high-pressure water test and anti-corrosion treatment, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with a service life of more than 8 years, which can adapt to long-term high-intensity operations in the factory.
3.The tank body is made of Q235 carbon steel with a thickness of 4-5mm, formed by one-time rolling, and is equipped with anti-wave plates inside to reduce the impact of water shaking on the chassis during driving; the inside and outside of the tank body are treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust, which can effectively resist the corrosion of tap water and rainwater, extend the service life, and is suitable for long-term outdoor operations in the factory.
4.Equipped with four core functions: front flushing, rear sprinkling, side spraying and high-pressure water cannon. The front flushing width is ≥12 meters, which can quickly wash road sediment; the rear sprinkling width is ≥6 meters, realizing uniform road moisturizing and dust suppression; the side spraying can accurately water the factory green belt; the high-pressure water cannon can rotate 360°, with a range of up to 28 meters, which can be used for high-altitude flushing and emergency dust suppression, one vehicle for multiple purposes to meet the full-scene cleaning needs of the factory.
5.The cab is equipped with electric windows, original air conditioning, hydraulic power steering and other configurations, which are comfortable to operate and reduce the labor intensity of the driver; the spraying function can be centrally electrically controlled through the cab, switching the spraying mode and adjusting the flow with one key, and is equipped with a water level gauge to check the water volume in the tank in real time, making the operation simple and efficient.
6.Equipped with a fire interface, it can be used as an emergency fire water supply equipment to provide emergency water source in case of initial fire in the factory, improving the factory safety guarantee capacity; the maximum self-priming height is up to 7 meters, which can take water from various water sources such as ponds and fire hydrants, with flexible water intake methods, avoiding insufficient water source affecting operation.
