1.The negative pressure suction and discharge vehicle is a special-purpose vehicle integrating negative pressure suction, sealed transportation and positive pressure discharge. It relies on vacuum negative pressure technology and positive pressure pneumatic conveying principle, with air as the transportation carrier, to realize efficient, environmentally friendly and leak-free transportation of powdery and granular materials. It is widely used in municipal engineering, industrial waste treatment, building materials, mineral resources, grain, chemical raw materials and other fields, especially suitable for the on-site transportation of dust, desulfurizers and other powdery materials in steelmaking, ironmaking, sintering and other industries. It can also be used for long-distance transportation of bulk powdery materials, completely solving the pain points such as dust flying, material loss and low operation efficiency in the traditional powdery material transportation process, and is one of the core equipment in the modern environmental protection transportation system.
2.The whole vehicle adopts a closed design during operation, with no dust leakage and flying during the whole process of suction, transportation and discharge. The materials are not in direct contact with the air, which not only avoids pollution to the surrounding environment, but also reduces material loss, meeting the current strict environmental protection standards. At the same time, it is equipped with an independent cyclone and bag filter system, and the filtered dust can be recovered to the tank to realize resource recycling and further improve environmental benefits.
3.A high-power vacuum pump is used to generate stable negative pressure, the vacuum degree is usually maintained at -0.05 to -0.08MPa, the suction speed is fast, and the discharge is carried out by positive pressure pneumatic conveying, the pressure value is controlled at 0.2-0.4MPa, the discharge is efficient and smooth, the suction and discharge speed is generally not less than 30t/h, and the residual material rate is ≤0.2%, which greatly shortens the operation time and improves the transportation efficiency. It can be adapted to a variety of powdery and granular materials, including dust, fly ash, grain, chemical powder, etc. The material bulk density adaptation range is 0.5-2 (t/m³), the maximum particle size is ≤3-5mm (no more than 10%), the water content is ≤10%, and materials without viscosity and flammable components can be efficiently transported, adapting to the operation needs of different industries.
4.It adopts PLC electric-pneumatic operation mode, and the whole process can realize automatic control. The operation process (vacuum establishment → material suction → system closure → pressure establishment → material discharge) does not require too much manual intervention, the operation is simple and easy to understand, which reduces the labor intensity of operators, and at the same time has complete protection functions to improve operation safety. The tank body is manufactured according to pressure vessel standards, and the material is high-strength materials such as Q235B carbon steel with a thickness of ≥6mm. The structure is firm and durable, and can withstand a certain pressure impact; it is equipped with safety devices such as material level alarm and safety valve to real-time monitor the internal state of the tank, eliminating potential safety hazards such as overpressure and overload.
