1.The hot-charging steel billet transporter is an exclusive special transportation equipment in the metallurgical industry. It is mainly used for the transportation of hot steel billets between the continuous casting process and the rolling process in steel plants. It can directly carry hot steel billets just out of the furnace with a temperature as high as 700-900℃, realizing the integrated operation of "hot charging and hot transportation" of steel billets. It is one of the core equipment to connect the iron and steel production process, reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency. Also known as the road transport hot steel billet semi-trailer or under-wing insulated vehicle, this vehicle solves the industry pain points such as temperature loss, steel billet deformation and potential safety hazards during the transportation of hot steel billets by virtue of its special insulation structure and safety design. 3.The vehicle body is made of high-temperature resistant and high-strength steel, and the inner wall of the carriage is equipped with heat-resistant guard plates and reinforcing ribs, which can resist high-temperature baking and steel billet impact; it is equipped with a hydraulic turnover opening and closing mechanism to realize automatic opening and closing of the carriage, which not only provides sufficient space for billet hoisting operation, but also ensures tight sealing after closing to prevent high-temperature radiation leakage; at the same time, it optimizes the driver's operating environment, avoids equipment damage and personnel discomfort caused by high-temperature baking in traditional open transportation, and eliminates potential safety hazards caused by heat radiation.
