1.The electric negative pressure suction & discharge vehicle is an intelligent, eco-friendly special vehicle powered by electricity, integrating core functions of negative pressure suction, closed transportation, and positive pressure/hydraulic discharge. Based on a new-energy chassis, it uses a motor to drive the vacuum pump unit to create a negative pressure environment, sucking materials such as sewage, sludge, industrial dust, and liquid waste into the sealed tank via pressure difference. After operation, it discharges materials accurately through a positive pressure system or hydraulic lifting, achieving leak-free and low-pollution operation throughout the process.
2.Widely adapted to scenarios such as urban sanitation, municipal pipe networks, metallurgical plants, chemical parks, and power plants, this vehicle can meet the operation needs in noise-sensitive areas like residential areas and schools, as well as efficient handling of special working conditions such as metallurgical dust and industrial waste liquid. It is core equipment in the green and low-carbon operation system.
3.Integrates PLC control system and CAN bus technology, realizing linkage between driving and operation systems, one-click start/stop of suction and discharge operations; equipped with vacuum pressure gauge, safety valve and other monitoring protection devices to real-time control the operation status.
