1.The industrial dust suction and discharge vehicle is a special-purpose vehicle designed specifically for dust control in industrial scenarios. Integrating core technologies such as negative pressure suction, pneumatic conveying, and high-efficiency filtration, it is mainly used in industrial sites such as steel plants, cement plants, coal mines, power plants, metallurgical plants, and ports. It realizes closed collection, transportation and fixed-point discharge of powdery materials such as dust, mineral powder and dust removal ash, with no dust leakage throughout the process. It not only solves the problem of industrial dust pollution, but also realizes the recycling and reuse of dust resources. It is a key equipment that balances environmental protection compliance and production efficiency, and is widely applicable to dust transportation needs in many industries such as petrochemicals, building materials and energy.
2.Adopting a fully enclosed tank structure and a multi-stage filtration system (cyclone filtration + bag filtration), it can efficiently separate more than 99.9% of sub-fine dust, and the emission concentration of filtered air is ≤25mg/m³, which fully meets environmental protection standards; there is no dust flying or leakage during the entire operation process, which completely eliminates secondary pollution caused by traditional manual cleaning or ordinary transportation, and avoids the harm of dust to the health of operators.
3.Equipped with a high-power roots vacuum pump or pressure pump, the suction and discharge speed is ≥30t/h, and the effective volume of the tank can be selected between 10-25m³ according to needs. A single operation can complete the collection and transportation of a large amount of dust, greatly replacing manual cleaning and reducing labor costs; equipped with a PLC electric-pneumatic control system, the operation is convenient, and new operators can get started after simple training, further improving operation efficiency.
4.The tank body is made of Q235B carbon steel with a thickness of ≥6mm, manufactured according to pressure vessel standards, with a working pressure range of -0.07 to +0.3MPa, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant; the conveying elbow is made of ceramic wear-resistant material, and the inner wall of the tank is smoothed to effectively extend the service life; equipped with an intelligent pulse backblowing system, which can automatically clean the viscous dust on the filter bag to avoid clogging; the overall layout of the vehicle is reasonable, the wearing parts have strong versatility, daily maintenance only needs to regularly check the filtration system and hydraulic system, the maintenance cost is low, and it can meet the needs of three-shift operation.
5.Equipped with a material level alarm system and an integrated explosion-proof control system, it can real-time monitor the tank material capacity and operation status, avoiding potential safety hazards such as overload and leakage; the cab is equipped with air conditioning, airbag seats, electric glass and other configurations to improve the operating environment; the whole vehicle meets the National Ⅵ emission standard, equipped with ABS anti-lock braking system, which has reliable safety guarantee during driving and operation.
