1.The ladle transport semi-trailer is a heavy-duty special transport vehicle specially designed for the metallurgical industry. Its core purpose is to realize the safe short-distance transportation of high-temperature ladles and slag ladles in iron and steel smelting scenarios, connecting blast furnaces, converters and casting stations to meet the "one ladle to the end" smelting process demand. As a dangerous goods special transport vehicle, it does not need its own power, is connected to the semi-trailer head through a traction pin, and is towed by the tractor. It can adapt to the transportation of ladles of different tonnages from 30 tons to 200 tons, and is widely used in high-temperature and high-risk operation scenarios such as steel plants and metallurgical plants. It is an indispensable key transfer equipment in the iron and steel production process. Its design fully takes into account high-temperature protection, load bearing and operation stability, effectively solving the pain points that ordinary transport vehicles cannot adapt to high temperature, heavy load and high center of gravity, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the ladle transfer process.
2.Heat insulation materials such as heat insulation pads and refractory bricks are laid on key parts of the vehicle body to effectively block the high-temperature radiation of the ladle, avoiding damage to vehicle cables, lamps, rubber products and other components caused by high-temperature heat conduction; at the same time, high-temperature resistant materials are selected, which can adapt to the high-temperature operation environment above 180℃, avoiding potential safety hazards caused by high temperature from the source.
3.The frame is made of high-quality carbon steel from domestic first-line brands, with structural design optimized by finite element calculation. The main beam adopts a box-type structure, and key components such as longitudinal beams and side beams adopt rectangular beam sections. Combined with ship block manufacturing technology and tenon connection technology, key welds are tested by non-destructive testing to ensure structural strength; it can be configured with various axle structures such as one-line double axles and three-line six axles according to needs, with a maximum load of up to 200 tons, meeting the transportation needs of steel plants to expand production capacity.
4.The main bearing part in the middle of the frame adopts a sunken design to lower the center of gravity of the whole vehicle, improve driving stability, and effectively prevent the ladle from tipping; the bracket is equipped with a first limit frame, a second limit frame and a freely extendable limit device to accurately fix the rectangular limit block on the side wall of the ladle, preventing the ladle from moving during transportation.
5.It is divided into two structures: horizontal loading and vertical loading. The horizontal loading model can solve the loading problem caused by the space limitation of the steel plant. It does not need the vehicle to be parallel to the ladle during hoisting, improving loading efficiency; it adopts reinforced special axles and special thickened tires for iron and steel enterprises, which are wear-resistant and puncture-resistant, adapting to complex road surfaces such as workshops and factory areas; the overall vehicle size and support layout can be customized according to on-site use conditions, and it has flexible turning performance to meet the diverse needs of short-distance transportation.
