Core Vacuum System
1.Negative Pressure Vacuum Device: Special high-pressure centrifugal fan with strong suction, capable of absorbing gravel and coal blocks up to 40mm and fine dust of dozens of microns, with no dead ends in suction. The central wide-width suction cup has anti-collision avoidance function, hydraulic floating lifting, fits the road surface, no missing suction and no road surface scratching.
2.Multi-Stage Filtration System: Standard three-stage filtration of gravity sedimentation + inertial dust removal + filter cartridge fine filtration. The filter cartridge is made of high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant material, equipped with air pulse automatic dust cleaning device, which automatically cleans dust during operation to avoid filter cartridge blockage. The dust recovery rate is over 99%, and no dust is discharged from the exhaust gas.
Garbage Bin & Discharge System
The garbage bin is made of thickened carbon steel or stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant, with volumes of 4-5m³ (medium and small factories) and 8-10m³ (large factories). The box body is designed with an inclined bottom plate, hydraulic automatic rear-turn discharge, thorough discharge without residue, no manual cleaning required, discharge angle ≥45°, and smooth garbage dumping.
Electronic Control Operating System
Integrated control panel in the cab, one-key operation, can control the start and stop of auxiliary engine, fan speed, suction cup lifting, box discharge and pulse dust cleaning. The operation interface is simple and intuitive, and novices can get started after simple training without professional skills. Some high-end models are equipped with working condition display screen, which can display operation status, fault diagnosis, water temperature, speed and other information in real time, making maintenance convenient.
