1.A compression garbage truck is a special environmental sanitation vehicle integrating garbage collection, compression and transportation. It is mainly used for the collection and transportation of domestic garbage, recyclable garbage and some solid wastes in various scenarios such as urban areas, communities, parks and industrial parks. Relying on advanced compression mechanism and sealed design, it efficiently compresses loose garbage, greatly reduces the volume of garbage, improves transportation efficiency, and effectively prevents secondary pollution such as garbage leakage and odor diffusion. It is an indispensable core equipment in modern environmental health management. Since China successfully developed the first rear-loading compression garbage truck in 1987, after more than 30 years of technological iteration, the product series has covered 7 tons to 25 tons, and various core indicators have reached the leading level in the industry, widely adapting to the environmental sanitation operation needs of different scales.
2.Adopting a fully enclosed carriage design, the joint between the loader and the carriage is equipped with a special shaped sealing strip, and the locking mechanism adopts an adjustable design with reliable sealing; the front part of the carriage is equipped with a sewage tank, and the rear loader is equipped with an integrated sewage collection device including a sewage tank, a water receiving tank and a water receiving box, which can fully collect the sewage generated during the garbage compression process and prevent sewage leakage and garbage scattering. At the same time, some models can be equipped with deodorization devices to further improve the operating environment and surrounding air quality, meeting modern environmental protection requirements, and some sealing technologies have obtained national patents.
3.Key components such as the carriage bottom plate, scraper and loader bottom arc plate are made of high-strength steel plate, which has good compression resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance, and can resist the erosion of acid and alkali substances in garbage; the main modules of the hydraulic and electrical systems adopt imported components, with high reliability and low failure rate. The engine speed of the vehicle can be automatically adjusted according to the working state, the idle speed is ≤ 800 rpm, the working speed is ≤ 1150 rpm, the fuel consumption per ton of garbage is low, and the operation cost is controllable. At the same time, the service life of the vehicle can reach 8-10 years or even longer, the later maintenance cost is low, and the long-term use can greatly save the environmental sanitation operation expenses.
4.The multi-functional rear feeding mechanism can be matched with 120L/240L/660L standard plastic garbage bins and 300L iron buckets at the same time, which is suitable for various scenarios such as rural areas, urban streets, parks and residential communities, and can handle all kinds of domestic garbage. In terms of safety, the lifting cylinder of the loader is integrated with a hydraulic lock, so that the loader will not fall even if the oil pipe bursts; at the same time, it is equipped with a mechanical safety strut, which plays a double insurance role during maintenance, effectively ensuring the safety of operators and equipment. The overall dimensions, axle load and mass limits of the vehicle comply with relevant national standards. Under no-load static state, the left and right roll stability angle is ≥ 32°, and it can work normally on a longitudinal slope of no more than 12%.
