1.The red-hot steel billet insulation transport vehicle is a special transport equipment designed specifically for iron and steel enterprises. It is mainly used to safely and efficiently transport red-hot steel billets produced in the steelmaking workshop to subsequent rolling and processing workshops. Its core function is to reduce heat loss of steel billets during transportation, lower energy consumption of secondary heating, and avoid potential safety hazards caused by high temperature to the surrounding environment and personnel. It is a key equipment connecting the steelmaking and rolling processes in the iron and steel production process, which can be widely adapted to the on-site transportation needs of various specifications of red-hot steel billets, helping iron and steel enterprises achieve the goals of energy saving, consumption reduction and production efficiency improvement.
2.The vehicle body adopts a fully enclosed double-layer box structure, and the end walls, side walls, roof and underframe are all filled with high-temperature resistant insulation materials (such as high-temperature ceramic fiber). It forms a complete closed heat insulation body, which can effectively block thermal bridges and reduce heat loss. According to actual measurement, the temperature drop of the steel billet during 1 hour of transportation does not exceed 150℃, and the unloading temperature can be maintained at 750℃-800℃, which greatly reduces the secondary heating energy consumption of subsequent processes, reduces steel billet burning loss, improves product qualification rate, and helps enterprises reduce production costs.
3.The vehicle frame is welded with high-strength steel. The end walls and side walls are double-layer plate-column box structures, the roof is a double-layer grid beam structure, and the underframe is a welded variable-section box-shaped fish-belly structure. The overall rigidity and strength are excellent, which can withstand the high-temperature radiation and weight impact of red-hot steel billets, and avoid thermal stress deformation in high-temperature environments. At the same time, the external temperature of the carriage is controlled below 100℃, eliminating potential safety hazards caused by high-temperature radiation; the hydraulic system adopts double-acting oil cylinders, which can prevent the box door from sagging when the oil pipe cracks, further improving the safety during transportation.
4.The carriage adopts a hydraulically driven double-side downward opening structure, equipped with a hydraulic four-bar linkage mechanism. The box doors on both sides can be opened and closed synchronously, and the opening process is guided by guide rails, which is flexible and convenient to operate. The box door can stop at any position and self-lock without sliding down automatically, adapting to various loading and unloading equipment such as cranes and forklifts, greatly shortening the loading and unloading time of steel billets, reducing heat loss during loading and unloading, and improving the overall transportation efficiency; some models can adjust the thickness of insulation materials according to the specifications of steel billets to adapt to the transportation of steel billets with different temperature requirements.
5.According to the production needs of iron and steel enterprises, models with different carriage sizes and load-carrying capacities (up to 200 tons) can be customized to adapt to the transportation of various specifications of red-hot steel billets. It can operate stably whether it is short-distance transportation between workshops in the steel plant or medium-short distance transportation between the plant area and the processing base.
