1.The fixed-type hot metal car is a special heavy-duty transportation equipment in the metallurgical industry. 3.The operation process is simple, no professional tilting operation skills are required, and operators can take up their posts after simple training; The equipment structure is simple, and daily maintenance mainly focuses on the inspection of the tank insulation layer, the fastening of the frame connection parts and the lubrication of the bogie, with few maintenance procedures and low cost, which can effectively reduce the enterprise's equipment operation and maintenance investment.

4.The inner part of the tank is lined with high-quality refractory bricks and other thermal insulation materials, and some models are equipped with an active + passive collaborative heat dissipation system, which can effectively reduce the temperature drop of hot metal, control the temperature drop of hot metal within a reasonable range, reduce energy consumption in the steelmaking process, and at the same time help the realization of advanced processes such as "one ladle to the end", improve production efficiency and reduce enterprise production costs.

5.The fixed-type hot metal car is mainly used inside metallurgical enterprises, and is mainly suitable for the following scenarios: after tapping from the blast furnace, transporting hot metal to the steelmaking workshop, directly injecting it into the steelmaking furnace or mixing iron furnace for storage; transporting hot metal to the front of the casting machine for casting iron block operation; during the maintenance or temporary shutdown of steel production, it is used for temporary storage of hot metal to avoid hot metal waste.
