1.The powered steel billet insulation semi-trailer is a special transportation equipment designed specifically for the transfer of red-hot steel billets in the metallurgical industry. It is mainly used for short-distance and efficient transfer of initially rolled steel billets from steel plants to secondary processing workshops. It can realize constant temperature insulation of red-hot steel billets during transportation, avoiding deformation and oxidation of steel billets due to rapid temperature drop. At the same time, relying on its own power system, it gets rid of complete dependence on the power of the tractor, improving transportation flexibility and operation efficiency. Integrating insulation technology, hydraulic power control technology and heavy-duty load-bearing design, this vehicle is suitable for the transportation of high-temperature steel billets at 900-1000℃. It is one of the core auxiliary equipment for steel plants to achieve energy conservation, consumption reduction and improve the yield of finished products

2.The inner wall of the carriage is paved with insulation materials such as aluminum silicate fiber felt that can resist high temperatures of about 1200℃, forming a fully enclosed heat insulation body, which can effectively block heat bridges and ensure that the temperature drop of steel billets does not exceed 100℃ during half an hour of transportation. This reduces energy consumption for secondary heating and lowers the production cost of steel plants. According to estimates, using this vehicle to transport steel billets can save steel plants more than 10 million yuan in energy consumption costs every year, while avoiding bending deformation of steel billets due to uneven cooling and improving the yield of finished products. 

3. Equipped with an independent power system and hydraulic pump station, it does not rely on the power take-off of the tractor gearbox, and can independently complete operations such as opening and closing the insulation carriage and short-distance movement of the vehicle. It is suitable for complex operation scenarios in steel plant areas and reduces the scheduling pressure of tractors. 

4.The main beam adopts a box-type or U-shaped beam structure, made of high-strength materials such as 16Mn steel plate, which can effectively resist thermal stress deformation in high-temperature environments and ensure the structural stability of the vehicle. The car floor is paved with refractory bricks and refractory asbestos, matched with 150×150mm billet crossbars and upright piles, which can achieve a maximum load-bearing capacity of 80 tons, adapt to the transportation needs of different specifications of steel billets, and prevent displacement of steel billets during transportation. 

5.It is mainly used in short-distance transfer scenarios of steel billets in the iron and steel industry, including: transfer of red-hot steel billets between the initial rolling workshop and secondary processing workshops (such as seamless steel pipe production workshops) of steel plants; transfer of steel billets between different production links in steel plant areas; transfer between steel billet storage and production workshops of large iron and steel enterprises, etc. This vehicle is suitable for on-site transfer and short-distance highway transfer, and can be flexibly customized according to the steel plant's production scale and steel billet specifications, effectively solving the core problems of insulation, safety and efficiency in the transportation of red-hot steel billets, and helping steel plants achieve the goals of energy conservation, consumption reduction, and improvement of production efficiency and finished product yield.
