Tank Body
The tank body is a horizontal cylindrical container constructed from Q355B steel. It has a rated working pressure of 0.2 MPa. The inner surface undergoes a smooth finish treatment and incorporates a fluidization device.
The tank top features a manhole assembly. Turning the locking handle allows smooth opening or closing of the manhole cover. The tank top is equipped with a safety valve connection, level gauge connection, and reinforcement ring. It also includes a step assembly for easy maintenance and lifting lugs for hoisting the tank. A ladder assembly is mounted on the tank side.
Subframe
Fabricated from welded rectangular tubing, it is securely fastened to the vehicle chassis' longitudinal beams using multiple sets of U-bolts. To mitigate impact loads on the subframe during tank lowering, rubber cushion plates are mounted on the upper surface of the subframe's front section. Welded stop plates on both sides of the mid-section prevent lateral tank movement during transport. A repair support bracket is fitted at the rear end. A hinge mechanism at the rear serves as the pivot point for tank lifting and tipping operations.
Vacuum Pump and Its Drive System
| The vehicle-mounted vacuum pump is installed above the front section of the subframe. It draws power via a power take-off unit and drive shaft, utilizing a belt drive to generate negative pressure. The vacuum pump employs a Roots-type design, delivering high vacuum levels and strong suction capacity to rapidly transfer materials from the feed hopper into the vehicle tank. Vacuum Conveying System
![]() | The vacuum conveying system is positioned on the right side of the tank's rear section. The receiving system has a 150mm diameter, with a disc valve serving as the suction valve. Elbows and straight pipes are lined with ceramic, and the connection points to the tank feature a double-layer structure. The two-phase flow entering the tank through the receiving system is evenly distributed within the tank to prevent accumulation. |
Solid-Gas Separation and Filtration System
The solid-gas separation and filtration system is divided into three sections. First Section: Gravity Settling. After entering the tank, the solid-gas two-phase flow undergoes volume changes, reducing gas velocity below the suspension velocity of the material. Under gravity, the material settles within the tank. Gravity settling separates over 96% of solid matter. Second Section: Centrifugal Separation Device. This achieves a separation rate of 98%. Third Section: Bag Filter Device. This achieves a filtration precision of 99.9%. After three-stage separation, the dust content in the discharged gas meets environmental standards.
Pneumatic Pressure Conveying and Discharge System
The vehicle-mounted air compressor is suspended beneath the left side of the truck frame. It employs a lubrication-free reciprocating air compressor, producing clean, oil-free compressed air suitable for pneumatic conveying of powdered and granular materials. Discharge can also utilize an external air source at 0.2 MPa pressure, equipped with a backflow prevention device to suppress dust.
The discharge system is located at the rear bottom of the tank. The discharge port has a 100mm diameter, equipped with a ball valve. An assist-blow device at the outlet adjusts the solid-to-gas ratio during discharge. A fluidization device at the tank bottom ensures minimal residual material after each vehicle discharge operation.
Hydraulic Control and Lifting System
The hydraulic system controls tank lifting, lowering, and rear cover operation, with a rated working pressure of 16MPa. The lifting cylinder employs a single-acting, three-stage telescopic sleeve hydraulic cylinder, enabling a maximum tank lift angle of 42°.
Pneumatic and Electrical Control Instrumentation System
The electrical control system comprises an LCD display, PTO remote throttle, and alarm devices. It enables real-time monitoring of vacuum pump and air compressor speeds, pressure levels in the main and auxiliary tanks, and valve statuses. During material suction, it automatically performs pulse reverse-blow cleaning of filter bags, with adjustable pulse frequency based on material characteristics. The entire control system is intuitive, straightforward, and reliable.
Coating
To ensure excellent corrosion resistance, all steel materials undergo surface pretreatment upon arrival to remove scale and rust, followed by application of temporary protective primer. After component fabrication, surfaces receive sandblasting to achieve Sa2.5 cleanliness grade. The coating sequence comprises two coats of anti-rust primer, one coat of anti-rust intermediate paint, and two topcoats.
