Product features
1. The tank body steel plate is made of Q235 carbon steel plate, with a wall thickness of 4mm and a head wall thickness of 4mm.
2. The entire vehicle's manufacturing process adopts "CNC cutting, automatic welding, expansion head, large-scale dedicated can packaging integrated machine formation, overall shot blasting, and baking varnish process treatment", featuring an elegant appearance, excellent sealing performance, high strength, and safe use. The surface is coated with anti-rust primer and decorative topcoat. The paint has strong adhesion, is uniform and durable.
3. Anti-sway and anti-wave partitions are installed inside the tank. The partitions inside the compartment have anti-wave functions to reduce the impact of the liquid in the tank when the vehicle is in motion.
4. The inner wall of the water tank is treated with epoxy resin for anti-corrosion, which does not rust and can be used for spraying disinfectant.
5. The water pump adopts a self-priming centrifugal pump, which is produced by the "only domestic tank-type special vehicle pump research and development Center".
6. All pipelines are made of seamless steel pipes, the filter screens are made of stainless steel, and the ball valves are made of aluminum alloy.
7. The entire vehicle is equipped with a national standard universal 65-type fire interface and a set of self-flowing ball valve system (achieving self-priming and self-discharging functions, capable of drawing water from the water source to the tank). Water can be added through the water filling port at the top of the tank, or through the self-priming port at the bottom of the tank. It can also be added by connecting to the fire hydrant through the fire protection interface.
8. Low-pressure water control system, operated in the cab, pneumatic control, convenient and safe. It is equipped with front water spray, middle spray and rear water sprinkling devices, which can realize the functions of flushing and water sprinkling.
9. The rear working platform is equipped with a remote water cannon (the spray shape of the water cannon is adjustable), which can be adjusted to straight column, heavy rain, moderate rain and drizzle, and can be continuously adjusted. It is used to assist in fire protection and irrigation of road green belts, and is also suitable for cleaning guardrails on expressways and urban roads.
10. Optional accessories: Top warning light, arrow indicator light, remote control automatic water cannon at the front end of the cab, 30-40 meter fog cannon unit, high-pressure cleaner, sprayer, etc. The tank can be made of stainless steel materials such as 201/304/316.
