3、The vehicle is equipped with both loading (suction) and unloading (discharge) functions, enabling a contact-free material transfer process.
4、Without an air-assist device, the discharge height can reach up to 20 meters.
The tank is a horizontal cylindrical vessel designed and manufactured in strict compliance with pressure vessel standards. Constructed from Q355B steel, all welded joints undergo visual inspection per relevant codes, with no defects such as cracks, lack of penetration, porosity, or slag inclusion permitted.
The vehicle utilizes a three-tank filtration system — comprising a settling tank, cyclone separator, and filter bag tank — which ensures superior filtration performance and meets environmental objectives.
A lifting cylinder is installed at the front of the vehicle tank, while a hydraulically operated rear cover is fitted at the back. The tank can tilt rearward up to 42°, allowing dust to be discharged by gravity.
