1.The 18-ton sweeper and washer is refitted with an upper mounting motor, sweeping device, garbage bin, high-pressure water circuit, low-pressure water circuit, clear water tank, hydraulic system, electric control system and other components. The working device adopts the layout of "two middle disc brooms + middle wide suction nozzle + built-in high-pressure main spray bar + left and right high-pressure side spray bars". The left and right side spray bars are arranged in a V shape, and the suction nozzle is equipped with a built-in main spray bar with gapless high-pressure nozzles for water spraying. This layout effectively gathers all the cleaned sewage and garbage to the suction nozzle and collects them into the sewage and garbage bin, leaving no dust or accumulated water on the road surface, and achieving excellent road surface cleaning, brushing and sewage recovery effects. The suction cup device has an automatic obstacle avoidance protection function and an automatic reset function, which effectively solves the problem of easy damage to the dust suction device. The fully floating suction nozzle features a large dust suction width and high dust suction efficiency, and is conducive to the adjustment and maintenance of the suction nozzle. Four groups of polymer filter cartridges inside the bin achieve high-efficiency filtration, effectively reducing secondary pollution caused by dust. A hand pump automatic emergency system is installed at the front of the bin, and an optional water spray dust suppression device is installed at the tail. The opening and closing of the garbage bin door and garbage dumping can all be operated in the cab, which is safe, convenient and reliable.
